The breakfast was satisfactory, the staff were very welcoming. It was just next door to a tram stop and two railway stations: Manchester Victoria and Manchester Picadilly, Manchester Victoria train station, and Manchester arena or the Arndale, particularly good location overall.

We truly enjoyed the hotel and its satisfactory breakfast.
The hotel had a very central location and it was a short walk from National Football Museum. Moreover, it was right by the arena, a bus station and public transport.

The staff was polite and courteous and provided information on bars and restaurants around. It was in a marvellous location near a coach station. I often went to Nudo Sushi Box to pick up some food.

The location was marvellous opposite the tram station in the Northern Quarter and the staff here was accommodating and courteous. Sometimes it was really hot outside, so we went to This & That, had some food there.

I didn't like the noise. It was present in two ways: One is directly above a pub, which is clearly audible, but good, it belongs to the accommodation. But the room was facing the inner courtyard, where various aggregates/cooling units were permanently running. This was permanent, even when the restaurant was already closed. Can not be recommended. . Cleanliness was not top of the line either. There was a stain on the sheet.
